This Privacy Policy explains how HighTechBirds (“we”, “us”) processes personal data when you use https://assetgo.in and the AssetGo SaaS product. We align this notice with India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act) and applicable IT rules. 1. Data we collect

• Account data: name, email, agency/company details, role.
• Billing data: processed by payment gateways (e.g. Razorpay); we store subscription status and limited invoice references.
• Operational data you upload: assets, vendors, locations, movement history, photos.
• Technical data: IP address, device/browser signals, pages viewed (when analytics consent is given), approximate location if you allow it in the product.
• Contact form messages sent to info@assetgo.in.

2. Purposes

We process data to provide the service, authenticate users, bill subscriptions, secure the platform, improve product quality (analytics with consent), and respond to support or legal requests.

3. Legal bases / consent

Where required, we rely on consent (e.g. non-essential analytics cookies) or legitimate use necessary to provide the contract you request (account and custody features). You may withdraw cookie consent anytime via Cookie settings.

4. Sharing

We share data with processors who help run AssetGo (hosting, email, payment gateways) under appropriate contracts. We do not sell personal data.

5. Retention

We retain account and operational data while your agency subscription is active and for a limited period afterward for backups, disputes, and legal obligations. You may request deletion subject to statutory holds.

6. Your rights

7. Security

We apply reasonable security practices including access controls, HTTPS, and role-based permissions inside the product.

8. Children

AssetGo is a business service and not directed at children.
